Refund policy
All sales are final.

1. The policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, for any reason — not a change of mind, not a difficulty mismatch, not a scaled score that came in lower than hoped.
This is a deliberate policy, not an oversight, and it applies to every product we sell regardless of price.
2. Why we don't offer refunds
Our products are PDF files. Once a file is delivered, it can be opened, read, copied, and saved indefinitely — there is no way to "return" a digital file the way you would return a physical item, and no way to confirm that a refunded copy was actually deleted rather than kept. A refund window on a product like this is, in practice, unenforceable: it would let anyone read the entire test and then ask for their money back, at no real cost to them and full cost to us.
The per-buyer watermark on every PDF (your name, email, order number and buyer ID, in the page footer and in the file's metadata) exists to make the material traceable if it is redistributed — it does not make a refund any safer to offer, since it protects against sharing, not against a straightforward "read it, then ask for a refund" pattern.
3. What we do instead: fixing our own mistakes
A no-refund policy is not a promise that the material is perfect, and it is not a shield against fixing something we got wrong. If you find something you believe is factually wrong in a question or in the answer key — a keyed answer that is not correct, a question where more than one choice is defensible under the stated wording, an arithmetic or algebraic mistake, or an explanation that contradicts the passage or figure it refers to — email support@1600satlab.com with the test, module and question number. We check every report against the source reasoning, and if the error is confirmed we correct the material and send you the corrected file at no charge. There is no deadline on this — it is not tied to a purchase window, and it costs you nothing to ask.
This is a correction, not a refund: no money changes hands either way. A difficulty label you disagree with is a published editorial judgement, not an error — every module's difficulty counts are disclosed up front so you can check them before buying. A scaled score that differs from an official result is not an error either: our scoring guide is a pilot estimate from a disclosed internal curve, built for a non-adaptive test, and it states its own sources of imprecision.
4. Judge the material before you buy
Because there is no refund path, the only way to evaluate the material is before you pay. The free five-question sample pack comes out of the same production pipeline as the paid tests, with the same explanations and the same distractor analysis, and costs nothing. Three Reading and Writing questions and two Math questions, about 10 to 12 minutes of work. If it doesn't convince you, the full test won't either — don't buy it.
5. Contact
Error reports and delivery problems (nothing arrived, a file won't open) go to support@1600satlab.com.
