1600 SAT Lab products are digital materials delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
The one exception: a confirmed error
We stand behind the accuracy of our materials. A refund is issued in one case: a documented factual error in a question or answer key is reported within 30 days of purchase and confirmed by 1600 SAT Lab. In that case, you may choose between:
- A corrected reissue of the affected material, at no charge; or
- A refund of the purchase price.
How to report an error
Email us at support@1600satlab.com from the address you used at checkout, within 30 days of your purchase, and include:
- Your order number or email receipt;
- The test, module, and question number; and
- A short description of the error.
We'll review it promptly. If confirmed, we'll arrange your corrected reissue or refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Paddle, and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Why this policy
